Franchise & Multi-Location Apparel Programs

One apparel program for every location, run by one shop

A franchise owner with three locations has the same problem a regional brand with thirty has: every store needs the same shirt, in the sizes that store actually has on staff, delivered to that store, on a schedule that matches turnover. Company Promo Apparel, a Strive-To-Be company in Delaware, Ohio, builds multi-location apparel programs for franchisees, regional operators and businesses with more than one front door — and runs the reorders so the GM never has to.

Built for how franchise locations actually buy

  • Brand-compliant garments, locally decorated. You approve the garment, color and logo placement once against your brand standards. Every location gets the same approved set — printed and embroidered here, not shipped from a national catalog with a six-week lead time.
  • Sorted and delivered by location. One order, three boxes, each labeled for its store with the sizes that store ordered. No manager sorting a mixed case in the back office.
  • Reorders on a schedule. Staff turnover is the whole problem. A quarterly restock keeps every location stocked for new hires without a new "project" each time — see the Quarterly Restock Program.
  • A company store per location, or one for all. New hires order their own size from a link; the owner sets the allowance; one invoice comes back. See how company stores work.
  • Small reorders are normal. Three shirts for two new hires in March is a real order here. There's no minimum panic and no "wait until you have twenty."

What a multi-location program usually includes

  • Crew tee or polo in the approved brand color, one-color logo, front and back
  • Manager polo or quarter-zip, embroidered
  • Hat or visor, embroidered
  • Apron, hi-vis or outerwear where the job needs it
  • Optional: a merch tee or hoodie customers can buy at the counter

Every program is quoted for your headcount, garments and locations — there's no public price list, and you'll always talk to one person who knows your account.

Who this is for

  • Locally owned franchise locations — restaurants, coffee, car washes, fitness studios, service franchises — where the franchisee chooses the vendor.
  • Regional businesses with several sites — dealerships, medical practices, banks, contractors with multiple yards.
  • Operators opening a new location who want day-one staff outfitted without a corporate lead time.

How it starts

  1. Send the brand standards and a headcount by location. Logo files, approved colors, any garment rules from the franchisor.
  2. We build the approved set and a mockup on the actual garments. Within a few business days.
  3. You approve once. Artwork, garments, the per-location delivery plan and the restock cadence.
  4. First order ships sorted by location. Then the schedule takes over, or a company store does.

Every order is approved by you and starts with a deposit that covers artwork and setup. Reorders match the first run because the logo is digitized once and the garment spec is on file.
