Stop running out of staff shirts
Most businesses buy uniforms the same way: one big order when a location opens, then nothing until the shirts are faded, the mediums are gone and the new hire is wearing the last XXL. The Quarterly Restock Program replaces that with a schedule. Company Promo Apparel, a Strive-To-Be company in Delaware, Ohio, keeps your approved staff apparel stocked four times a year, sorted by location, with one invoice per quarter.
How it works
- We set the approved kit once. Garment, color, logo placement, sizes — matched to your brand standards. You approve a mockup on the real garment.
- We hold the file, not the inventory. Nothing sits in your back office. The logo is digitized and the spec is on record, so every run matches the first one.
- A restock reminder lands before each quarter. You reply with counts by size and location — or a company store collects them from your managers for you.
- We print, sort by location and deliver. Each box is labeled for its store. New-hire sizes ride along at no separate "project."
- One invoice per quarter. Predictable, easy to approve, easy to budget.
Why quarterly
Turnover is the reason uniforms run out, and turnover doesn't wait for the annual order. A quarterly cadence keeps every location stocked for the hires you'll make in the next ninety days, with a small enough run that nothing gets shelved. Locations with faster turnover can restock more often; slower ones can skip a quarter. The schedule is a default, not a contract.
Who it fits
- Franchise locations where the owner chooses the vendor and the corporate catalog is slow, expensive for small counts, or both.
- Restaurants, coffee shops and car washes — high turnover, visible staff, a shirt that is part of the customer experience.
- Trades and service companies that hire seasonally and need hi-vis and polos on day one.
- Medical and dental offices where a consistent front-desk look is part of the practice's brand.
What's in a typical restock kit
- Crew tee or polo, brand color, one-color logo — the workhorse
- Manager polo or quarter-zip, embroidered
- Hat, apron, hi-vis or jacket as the job requires
- Optional: names or location marks on the sleeve
Every program is quoted for your headcount, garments and locations — no public price list, one person who knows your account.
What we ask of you
- Brand files and any franchisor garment rules (one email)
- Headcount by location, roughly
- A reply to the quarterly reminder — or a company store link shared with your managers
Every order is approved by you and starts with a deposit that covers artwork and setup on the first run; restocks are invoiced per quarter.
