What types of apparel can you help source?
Projects may include polos, T-shirts, button-downs, performance shirts, quarter-zips, fleece, jackets, caps and selected workwear or accessories. The final options depend on the use case, size range, decoration method and availability.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the garment, supplier and decoration method. Share the estimated quantity and we will confirm the options that fit the project.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on product availability, artwork preparation, approvals, decoration, quantity and shipping. If you have an event or in-hands date, include it in the initial request so the timeline can be evaluated early.
What artwork should I send?
Send the best version of the logo or design available. Vector files are helpful, but other files can still provide a starting point. Artwork requirements vary by decoration method.
Do you offer embroidery and screen printing?
Projects can be planned around embroidery, screen printing or another appropriate decoration method. The garment, artwork, quantity and intended appearance help determine the best fit.
Can we review samples?
Sample options depend on the product and project. Ask about samples when requesting a quote so availability, cost and timing can be considered.
Can apparel be shipped to more than one location?
Delivery requirements should be included at the beginning of the project. Share the number of destinations and the type of distribution needed so it can be evaluated as part of the plan.
Can we reorder the same items?
Reorders may be possible when the original products and colors remain available. For recurring programs, we consider reorder practicality while building the assortment.
